I followed Eddie and Chavo Jr for years. Loved Eddie and watching him. When he passed it was a shock. I watched the tribute show WWE did. Cried a lot . Knew a good bit about Eddie and I learned from you things I didn’t know before. Chris Benoit was never the same after Eddie passed. He is gone but never forgotten. He is still very much missed. Thank you Jordan for doing this vlog on Eddie. Never knew where he had been laid to rest. God bless

I once met Eddie and Chris Jericho in San Antonio after a WCW match at the Hard Rock Cafe. It was completely dead inside. My buddy and I look over next to us at the bar at there they are. We recognized them but didn’t want to bother them. Next thing I know, Eddie leans over and asks us if we had a good time and if we enjoyed the show. Super nice dude!

As a Mexican kid growing up Eddie was actually the villain! He would team with a guy and call themselves gringos. I still remember the match against octagon and hijo del santo in the USA. Your respect when you said "eddies final resting place" spoke volumes to me. Ive seen many videos like this but always hated when the person making the video would do extra shit for likes like say murder or died. You had respect going into his grave and coming out and not saying he was some drug abusing man but going as far as talking about how he was adored by his family, fans, and many others. I also liked that you brought up his faith in Christianity that's not spoken much when you hear eddies or chris name thrown around. You sir got my sub.

Great vlog. Michael used to travel the country and take pictures of wrestlers in the 70's and 80's. I will have to show him this vlog for sure. I think when people in the public pass on, our idols, our musicians that mended our wounds move on to their next dimension and the ones left behind hurt. Whether we knew them in person or if their know their art inspired us at one time, help us express anger, sorrows, when they leave us we realize how delicate life is and possibly it makes us think of our own mortality. Their contribution as scientists, medical workers, teachers, garbage collectors, and so many more things they left the world in a better way will be revealed. Their art will be remembered and for a time take us back to a certain point of time experienced. It never dies.

Eddy had a strong love for family and all those he became close to with opened arms with very strong Christian morals. My heart is with him and his family for life. Chris was selected for the USJA National Judo Team in 1986 at the National qualifications on Miami Beach however both of us had to wait 9 months to join the USA National team completing high school in graduation before we could join the USJA in 1987 in which we did the same weekend under the head coach of that time, Phil Porter and team captain Ed Liddie. Chris in 1990 gave up the USJA National Team going back to Georgia from Colorado Springs to join the WWE. My wife Jennie was very close friends with all of Chris's family and did a lot of activities with them every year. Jennie still talks to his daughters a few times a year but the deaths impacted them greatly resulting in the family overall going in different directions for the most part. I never got to know Eddie to much as a person as much as I would of loved to but periodically get togethers occured around the holidays. Eddie was indeed a very strong Christian & Chris life did change terribly upon Eddy's. I spent many many trips at Chris's family home and it tore me up going to the house after he taken his wife's life, his sons and his own. I recall our former team captain from USJA , Ed Liddie, former 1984 Olympic Judo Bronze Medalist was impacted a lot from Chris and Eddie's death during this time as well though Eddie was not on the National Judo Team, there was many Christmas get togethers at Chris's house where we all got together and Eddie had started the Christmas dinner always in prayer for everyone which had a impact on Ed Liddies life. Other wrestler entertainers I known from the past and present as well as UFC Fighters on a personal level is Jake the snake Roberts, Sid Vicious, Rhonda Rousey (Ed Liddie was her Olympic Coach & my national team coach in judo) , Kayla Harrison 2 time Olympic gold medalist in judo, Ed was her assistant coach with Jimmy Pedro) and of course Chris who was on the USA National Judo Team the same time I was under Ed Liddie. I am gutted about both Eddys death being one of my favorite wrestling entertainers and Chris with spending a couple years living with him at the USJA dorms , traveling & fighting as team mates with him from 87 to 90. *Rest in peace Eddy and Chris, you will always be remembered, my heart is with all of you* .

He came in through the crowd my son saw him coming down the stairs and he was about to say something but Eddie put his finger up against his lips and asked him not to say anything that was the best time I had ever had at a WWE event besides meeting the Rock in person at one I even have the picture of him coming up behind us. @b-dalebarksdale348 3 года назад
I never forgotten that 😂 buddy but I really hated how WWE did Chyna in the end because she is by far if the best female wrestler of WWE one of them she doesn't get notice like she should have they always talk about Trish, Lita or now Ronda but Chyna is the original and she the only one who won the intercontinental belt she is a legit Legend like Miss Elizabeth of the 80s, Rest In Power to All of them Eddie Guerrero, Chyna RIP both!
@XxItalianVampPrinces
@XxItalianVampPrinces 3 года назад
@@b-dalebarksdale348 I think that is Stephanie and Triple H’s doings because Triple H cheated on Chyna with Stephanie. Chyna was an original she wrestled both men and women. She was intercontinental Champion, #1 contender to the WWE Championship, competed in The King of The Ring, and was the first woman to compete in the Royal Rumble. If it wasn’t for Chyna there wouldn’t be a Trish or Lita.

By the way, the match from the Smackdown Taping, where Eddie had a heart attack, was staged. I believe it was something that bridged on from JBL giving him a mean chair shot.
