I find sweets covered in silver foil worrying from a health point of view. The foil can have toxic heavy metal content like mercury, lead, arsenic etc. Food colouring can also have carcinogenic compounds. These are all unnecessary adulteration of food which can endanger health.

The independent European food-safety certification agency, TÜV Rheinland, has deemed gold leaf safe for consumption. Gold and silver leaf are also certified as kosher. These inert precious metal foils are not considered toxic to human beings nor to broader ecosystems

I saw a video on RU-vid where a Halwai was making kaju katli, and he was using dabur’s Gulabari to give Gulaab flavour to it, Dabur’sgulabari is nothing rose. It is a chemical compound calledpropylene glycol. And these chemicals do not belong in body and they have carcinogenic activity. And these dumb heads are putting it in food and serving people who will develop cancer at some point without even knowing what they were being fat fed.

Nitrogen is innerd, you need extreme amount of energy to break it down. So the smokes of liquid nitrogen are much safer than dry-ice (solid CO2)

I remember back in like 1999. I was in school and they had a science experiment where they would freeze marshmallows and let us eat them and liquid nitrogen.. I’m scared now because I have a lot of stomach problems and I’m gonna be 33

There is nothing wrong in eating pan even if a person is 6 year old unless there is tobacco in it. Everything else is herbal and aids in digestion and as mouth freshener. Unless now of course there is nitrogen in it.

Poor child 😢please keep your kids and yourself safe. Consume simple foods. Liquid nitrogen should not be used in foods. Even in labs 🧪 and medical 🏥 clinics while treating patients if drops accidentally fell on skin it stings like hell. It is used to burn off moles , skin tags etc. There should be a law to completely eliminate nitrogen from food.

This is the restaurant's fault. Plenty chefs use liquid nitorgen without incident because they understand the safety standards. Obviously the mainlanders saw something cool and decided to replicate it without considering anything with regards to safety. A replicable thing, I'm afraid. Internet access will prove to be a net negative for the indian community if they dont learn due dilligence quick.

They r aping the western food shows like Master Chef n the like. Govt should ban liquid nitrogen n shld not b used at all anyone caught flouting this law shld b jailed for life. The caterers n the paan wala in this case must b given 7 years RI with no leniency n speedy justice. The marriage party must b made to pay heavy compensation to this young girl n her family.
