Did they ever give a no-BS, non "PR smoke blowing" answer as to why the TImberliners failed on The Voyage?

Timberliners can't run on track that previously ran PTC's or any double axled cars because they're both very light and flexible and conform to every imperfection in the track creating a rougher ride. The same thing seems to happen with Millennium Flyers. The key is to do a full retrack and then add the less impactful trains...like on GhostRider
