Isaac i think I'm going to buy the new x5 legion.I had a question about the trigger.Does it shorten travel and reset.If so how much?Is the reset around 1/4 of an inch maybe?. Is the trigger pull below 3lbs when installed?
I haven't measured mine but it's around a quarter inch or so and comes newly installed at 3lbs with the GrayGuns competition trigger kits. Breaks in to about 2 and half.
They are silicone carbide grips. To make a bigger grip you simply have to put the epoxy on thick and push the carbide into it to where it fills it up. This uses a lot more silicon carbide then the usual grip job.
What u think off the sport takedown? N ive always been a fan of gray guns...but armorycrafts new trigger seen like a hell of a deal. For what u get..do you have opinion on that? Is there a clean crisp reset with the hray guns?
The armory craft triggers are nice but they disable the internal safety which is not a good idea imo. The GrayGuns trigger has a clean break and if sent to GrayGuns for install, it's even better.
Upgrades include: TXG grip module (tungsten infused polymer), tungsten guide rod w/15lb spring, Springer Precision base pads, paddle mag release, and mounting plate for the Max3 and the GrayGuns trigger kit.
