This Achievement is for completing the game without a death.
I used the following settings :
Game Mode : Standard (Do not use unlimited)
Character : Type-7 REVOLSABER - Strife Alis (You unlock her after completing Mission mode as well as completing the game 6-8 times) I use her as her special skill is Trinity Force which combines all 3 skills of the first selectable characters.
Difficulty : Lvl.1 - Novice (less Bullets , less enemies)
Stage Select : When you can choose stages on Stage 2 and Stage 4 choose Stage 2A and Stage 4A as they are easier than the B Versions.
Best is to practice the boss patterns and strategies in Mission Mode so that you are ready and know what to expect. You can also practice in Boss Rush. The stages should give you no issues switching between weapons and using your special moves when needing to get your shield back.
Whenever choosing a power up choose gauge as it will fill both your gauges which assist in getting your shield back after taking too much damage.
