Although you just bought a new camera I think you should get a go pro and strap it on your head so you can use both hands.Keep up the videos though they're great
8:50 I'm surprised you never saw one of those before, Speedy. That is a protective cover that NES games go into. They were boxed that way to include one of those in every NES game packaged that is licensed through Nintendo. (some of which do have the Nintendo logos on them, but only those that were manufactured by Nintendo would have that logo on them, namely most of the earlier games like Super Mario Bros., Duck Hunt, Clu Clu Land, Ice Climber, etc.) Basically, it's supposed to keep dust and dirt out of your NES carts when you store them, say, on a shelf or in a stack on the floor, since not everyone keeps the original boxes, so they packaged those plasticy inner protectors for better storage of the game carts. That Funcoland cardboard thing has a little backstory. Funcoland was once a huge mecca for buying and trading old NES games, and they would make their own inner-NES protective cover with their own logos on them, but to cut back on costs, they used cardboard instead of the same material Nintendo used. As a matter of fact, Game Stop USED to be Funcoland! I find it kind of ironic that you found a Funcoland protector sleeve inside a Game Stop dumpster. LOL Anyway, about those two plastic Nintendo cases (the pink and yellow ones) Those were mostly used by video rental stores back in the late 80s/early 90s as a way to allow people to take rental NES games home in a protective case, and those cases were generally used for that purpose. Later on, they would pop up at places like Funcoland (pre-Game Stop) so that people at home can buy them for use with their own NES library at home. Hope all that info helps you, and if you have any further questions about some of your finds, I'll be sure to catch them and explain them to you, so keep a watch for your comments. I'll be around. :)
Hey speedy just recommended your channel to a group of friends and they enjoyed your vids and subbed!! When are you going to do or even if you do a face reveal
Those were locking pegs, they need an alpha mag key to unlock. They're pretty useful but a lot of companies are moving away from them in favor of limited shelf availability.
that would be too much exposure and get him caught. the same reason he doesn't show surroundings around the dumpster like buildings, then they could track him down and tell him to stop, then no more speedy diver.
Why You Here? So ignorant. Not everyone is as simple minded as you. He sounds the same, and would almost certainly bring this channel up. So it wouldn't be hard to figure out. He's doing it for safety most like, or maybe he doesn't want to.
By dumpster diving you're actually helping the environment because you're taking things that no one wanted and making them useful in some way you're cool!
The Speedy Diver Thanks for highlighting this comment I've watched your dumpster diving videos for about 3 months and enjoyed seeing you find games and little collectables and electronics keep up the good work and congrats on 543k subs!
That's right. And that's the way all stores should see dumpster diving as. The less that goes into their dumpsters, and later on, the landfills, the better the environment! Plus I think establishments like this would prefer to have more dumpster divers than people coming in to fill up their dumpsters with more garbage, so it really benefits the establishment as well as the environment, and who says free stuff isn't cool? It's a win win in all situations!
That looks a case for a kindle too that I am using to watch your videos on they work very well still try to watch your videos every day there might be days I don't it because have asthma allergies witch makes hard
