The Taliyah Waajid Green Apple & Aloe Line s definitely one of my favourite Wash and Go creams. My hair is 4b/4c so I didn't have to dilute it. The density was PERFECT for me hair, I love it.
OMG the difference in the color of your curls from the inserts you guys put in form your past videos! Wow wow wow! I’m amazed at how healthy your curls looks even though your curly has lightened up with time! Thank you for this video! I’m definitely a Curl Cream type of curly girl! 🥰
I love creams! Gave up on gels because most of them dried out my hair. I've been making my own flaxseed gel and have been LOVING IT❤❤. Thx for this video.
Great video and definitely must try some creams! Oh FYI: Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Yogurt Hydrate & Repair is sold at Walmart and Sally’s now! I Stocked up last week! $9.99 each product I believe. So it’s not exclusive to Ulta only anymore! Yay! Thank God!!!
I really didn’t like creams at first but as my definition and my application technique improved I like them more. I have a lot of these creams, the Ouidad climate control, devacurl superstretch, cantu, etc. So for winter I think I’m doing cream one and dimes. I also LOVE aunt Jackie’s curl manetenance!
So happy to have found you guys! This video is heaven sent. I'm looking for some stronger hold styling creams and I stumbled upon you guys! Thanks! I need help help with a frizzy crown with my twa.
Yes! Now that it's winter, I haven't been able to find a gel that doesn't dry my curls. This is the video that I have been waiting for! All I have to do is compare the ingredients for Glycerin . Thank you 😊
Hi Girls...I am also in CT and I stalk your videos because we have the same curl pattern. I recently did a big chop.... my hair was damaged from using bigen hair dye. Your videos are helping me a lot. Thank you
After this video, I styled without gel- Cantu Curl Activator ONLY (dc with Alikay-for the first time in months, finally...a good hair day!! I never knew how much gel has been drying out my hair! Thank you girls!
Very good points on the "English" language - this holds true across all English speaking countries! If you get the point of the word (no matter the pronunciation) - get over it - #notbothered
I love a good cream that can do a one and done wng 😊 most of these I have used and liked. Also the ORS Naturals and the Aussie Naturals. I think my ultimate fave is the Jane Carter Curl Defining Cream, that product gives me spiral ringlets like I finger coiled, but I didn't. 😊
The Curl Cream from Taliah Waajid is the best but you definitely want to use it on soaking wet hair because it's a thick cream but the definition is awesome.
Great review... and helpful as I try different things to see what works best for my twist outs as I gradually cut off my ends. Think I want to try the honey creme of nature! …just cause. Lol. Tay I used the Tropical Moringa stylers last week and you were right on... great great products and I loved my twist out and the smell, yummm. I thought I had found THE ONE... and then... I used the NLS banana leave in with the flaxseed custard {and Soultanicals can’t believe it’s not butter lightly underneath for xtra moisture}… and O...M...G... The BEST twist out to date! I did it Saturday and got tons of compliments at church on day 1. The big test was would it last to day two. I pineappled it, put on my satin cap and today... it was on point, more volume with definition and still moisturized. Going to try to get a good pic before I mess it up. I’m so happy with these products, and love love the ingredients! ❤️❤️❤️ 🤞🏽for day 3! 🥰
Would love to see a treatment/deep conditioning video like this, and also one on combos for lasting* wash and gos! I miss when you’d include the products mentioned in the description box. I literally would take your videos to the store or type them in online and look for the products you mentioned that way. Now it’s difficult because sometimes you don’t say the full product name. Finally, I love the shots of your hair after using the products. That was really helpful.
You guys finally convinced me to attempt a wash and go on my 4a hair😭 My question is different textures on my hair.. I find it hard to do a wash and go ?
Hi 🌞, what’s the difference between curl activators and curling creams??! And as my hair gets longer I find that I no longer do wash and gos cause my hair flourishes with twist outs and it lasts longer!! Maybe that will change in the summer
curl activators are for the days you do not refresh your hair, curl creams can be used to do styles and give more definition whereas the activator makes them moist again aster sleeping xx
I've always seen the coco creme mask with the shampoo conditioner and butter I don't think it's new.. But that curl mane-tenance is my go to!! The best creme for a wash and go with hold. Another one I swear by is the Shea moisture red palm oil curl stretch pudding!! Also the mane choice four leave clover styling cream. I would love to see some more mix it ups on the channel. I miss them and they have gave me some of my favorite wash and gos when I copied them lol. Plz more mix it ups😭💕
I’m glad y’all did this because I feel like gels are for summer and spring.. I love creams plus creams doesn’t give me that stuff feeling.. Great video ❤️🙏🏽❤️
this was BEYOND helpful for my type 4 curls since I've been regrowing my hair out. Omg you have no idea! Literally picked some of these up today and tried one and I loved it! Can't wait to try the rest of the ones I picked up that you suggested. Thank yoooou!!
iincredibleme Did you find the Knot Sauce to be pretty moisturizing? Just curious because I’m trying to decide between buying the Knot Sauce or the Mango Dip.
Marchanda Steverson Honestly not really. My hair likes thicker leave in creams and felt like I could’ve used the knot butter by itself or with a different leave in. The knot sauce said it can be used as conditioner and a leave in. It reminded me of the mane choice 3 in 1 product.
loving curl mix, I have the lavender line sample size, love it. I just ordered the lemon and the watermelon sample sizes, can't wait to see which one works best for my hair! I used your code each time! thanks so much!
Great video ladies. I have fine hair low to med density, creams most of the time are too heavy, have you ladies done hair milks? I hear that they can be great for not weighing your hair down.
Now I'm curious about the African pride & Cream of nature products! :) I have always used Eco Styler on top of either a leave-in or curl cream (I use a serum to finish the style). But this I might give a go! I am adding it to my list of things to try! I do have one one and done and that is because it flakes on me with gel on top or a leave-in below it, but it does have hold on its own, it is the Every Strand curl cream. I don't hear much talk about this product, but I think it might be due to its flaking on you!
I love Deva styling cream not the super cream. Super cream is too heavy for me. Enjoyed this video. It gave me a lot of ideas of products to try. Thanks💕
I’m wondering what would be a good moisturizing/ styler/setting hold for twist outs, curl formers. Things like that. I know you gals do wash and goes but I’m curious what would give good hold and that moisturizes. Thank you
I have a sample size of the Shea M JBC leave in --- the newer formula, got it from wal-mart . I love how it felt when I did my wash n go!! I'm gonna get the larger size to use with every cleanse/shampoo day. 💕💆🏾💕
Thanks girls :D Someday, could you please make a video about the best hair gels for holding curls? I live in France, it's winter time and I have big troubles to keep my curls in shape when it's cold ou rainy outside. I'm fed up with frizzy/spongy hair. Love from France !
I have type 4a-b hair & I actually just used the blue ouidad curl cream & I’m SHOOKK that a cream worked so well! I also used the Melt down mask before styling so that prolly helped ! Lol
What was the name of the Ouidad product with the blue packaging? You guys forgot to mention? Also, the CurlyChic. Brand was mentioned. But, not the name of the product!😊 I was writing them down as you mentioned so I could look up the ingredients since my hair despises coconut, avocado, sesame, sunflower and almond oils, along with protein.
Hair creams just don’t do it for my hair anymore. It gives me this stringy look that I’m not here for. My hair prospers with gel, especially the Curlmix gel. I have yet to get the moisturizer to work. I can one and done the 🍉 one of course. Nobody can say gels don’t work on their hair until you try Curlmix 💁🏽♂️💁🏽♂️ I’m right with you on that Tay, I’ll take the watermelon 🍉 shampoo and conditioner 💙
Hey ladies luv the video as usual! I would luv 4 yaw 2do a wash & go combo series or video of products that aren't necessarily in the same line but work great together for a wash & go.
Great video. This reminded me that I wanted to try the Creme Of Nature Coconut Milk line. TreLuxe has a good curling cream that I think could be used as a one and done.
they always did have a mask for the carols daughter coco creme line. i bought the whole line sometime last yr a little after it came out and i got the mask with it too. i love that whole line by the way its very moisturizing.
Thank you for doing this video! This is exactly what I was looking for :). But now which product to use???🤔 My hair is 2B and I am struggling to find a product that will define/hold my curls but NO gel in the product. I toasted my hair in my teens with gel, mousse and hairspray. My curls stretch and FRIZZ so badly that I don’t even bother wearing it down, I’m tired of wearing it up for so many years. I hope to find the right product for me :”) Thanks again!
Thank you for the insight on some of these products . i now want to try them all M.A.D. curls .. 🤣 product junkie . btw the mercy is nice 👍🏾 imma grab me a shirt soon .
Can you do a product haul on products that contain no coconut oil, castor oil, or Shea butter. My hair does not respond well to those ingredients no matter where they fall on the ingredients list 😩😭
A great cream is the ogx coconut curl cream it’s so light weight I would compare it to the Ouidad feather light styling cream but a cheaper version I love both Ouidad but an everyday cream that doesn’t break the bank
I've been absolutely dying to try that Taliah Waajid Apple and Aloe line since it came out, but I haven't seen it in stores anywhere. I've only seen it on their website.
Can you do a video on your favorite gels? I love creams, but they usually don't hold my curls so I have to seal with a gel. But I would love to try the Curly Chic cream.
Now watching this I understand why I can’t find the mask of Sheamoisture - it’s the boom to detangler & conditioner my just ends specially for my transition curls... thank you ladies 🥰
Thanks for such a thorough review of products, i was sad to see it end! I am a product junkie and was making a list (although I had so many of these), have you considered trying the rice water? I know you are not trying to get length but I am curious to know if it will make your thinning hair thicker. I just started using it, maybe Lori Ann will try it out! XO
I made the mistake of ordering the Deva super stretch with a gift card from Amazon and I find it very dry. Please do a talk through about fairy knots and shedding. I like the Decadence line as well.
Thank you for uploading these summary videos! I just recently tried Cantu Curl Activator and have 4a/4b hair and it works wonders as a "one-and-done"! Thank you! Perhaps you guys can coin the term "one-and-done"! :)
Most of my wash n go's don't have gel. The Aunt Jackie's Curl La La that I've been obsessed with has a good hold. I'm from the South and I say "discushen" lol I love hearing different accents, so it doesn't bother me :)
CR reposted a vid on IG of someone doing a wash & go with Almond Jai! So I love that you encourage people to be adventurous! I have two curl cremes: Hairiette and Renpure. My wash & go w/Hairiette was dry (I liked my twist out better) and will try a wash & go with Renpure, using Smooth Naturals Perfect Moisture leave in underneath. I may have a #MADCurlsMadeMeDoIt moment re: the CD Coco Creme or that Ouidad creme in the pump bottle 🤣. Pronunciation Police (😉): Taliah Waajid pronounces her name WAH-zhid 😘
