These are excerpts from the Full Length Documentary Michael Jordan - Air Jordan that I just completed and released a few days ago. This is for those who I know won't want to watch a 50 minute documentary and are just interested in viewing some of the action. Joseph Vincent I wanna thank you so much!!! I love your highlight videos so much!! When I’m having a bad day these videos r always here to cheer me up and push me to try and work harder in basketball football and baseball!! Thank you so much!!!your videos r the best and your my fav RU-vidr. I can’t imagine not having these highlight reals of the greats!!!
“There’s a whole generation of kids who swear by Lebron James, because if you watch Lebron James, it’s hard to imagine there was someone better than that. Kids, i’m here to tell you there was someone better than that.” - Max Kellerman
@@shaillondhe9824 that means you have alot of basketball knowledge, you are not a casual fan, most of these kids today and lebron fans don't know how great MJ was cause they haven't seen enough of his games, they only watch highlights, I honestly think there's 1 or 2 players from the past besides MJ that are greater than lebron
You didn’t watch most of these highlights live - u weren’t even born when he was drafted and you were less than ten years old for most of his greatness
@@michaeldwyer6473 I grew up watching Chicago sports. Jordan was so good that everyone made it a point to watch the games. I was born in 82. So yes, I watched most of that live on tv. (I did not say I watched it in person.)
Didn’t say in person just meant on tv like I did but I was born in 1976. There is no way you remember watching him on tv in the eighties bud - calling BS on that one!
Alex Kopterides I love Michael Jordan that legendnary Fade away dunk and his high feet dunk jumper is a classic he is the best the greatest ever of NBA Happy Birthday.
I feel sorry 4 this generation. They missed the Greatest Basketball player of all time. Watching RU-vid videos does not do His Airness any justice.......✌😀
Watching RU-vid videos just can't compare to what it was like to see him do it in person or on live TV back then. You never saw anyone play like MJ up to that point (and still). Seeing him do these things in real time just left you in utter disbelief. It was like the laws of physics were irrelevant to him. I don't think there will ever be another like him.
Such an incredible human being . Amazing athlete, took his game right at anyone . Loved that intense competetive nature inside of him . An intense force on the court .
Kelly oubre jr would like to talk about that second one, I’m a straight guy but he kinda cute tho 😳😳😳 Yeaaa idk if I’m straight anymore tbh 🥵 Thanks kelly oubre lolol
MJ is the goat. No doubt. I saw him playing... Genius on court, dominance, grace, flight, great defense and offense... He doesnt have one weak point in his game. Even today im amazed by his playing
It may sound stupid, but my favourite MJ dunks? The simple one handers. They just really highlight his insane hang-time and graceful movements. There's no distracting windmills, cradles or reverses. Just a dude defying gravity, going up and up and up, until he firmly places the ball through the rim, and descends back on to the court.
"Holy crap, that guy in row 43, seat 56 has never seen me play in person before, and it's really hard for him to afford tickets. I gotta leave it ALL on the floor tonight ..." ... He really did play like that.
Michael Jordan is the most UNDERrated player in the NBA history. Even if we know him as the undisputed GOAT, we don't realize the level of his greatness.
Hakeem Olajuwon is the most underrated because of the garbage teams that covered the majority of his career. In 1994, without a single all-star by his side, and in 95 with an old Drexler, he made the hardest playoff run in history and became the champion. Think about it, what would Hakeem do if a player like Drexler came to the Rockets at the beginning of his career? Jordan is the undisputed Goat, but he should be happy that Hakeem couldn't find a good roster like Shaq, Kareem etc.
Jordan in his prime was a force to be reckoned with. You didn't dare go against him when going to the hoop, unless you like being dunked on and made a fool of. Even being 6ft 6inches, he dunked on the tallest centers in the NBA without fear. He's still the GOAT!! And always will be. It's like they say, "legends are born, not made."
That free throw line dunk even though it was way before I was born the way his legs and body moved in the air made it the best dunk of all time for me 😊
Jordan put basketball on the world stage for all to see. It was incredible. Even people who never watched the game started watching NBA specifically to see what this man could do. I'll never forget the hype that surrounded him after that '87-'88 season.
I'm so glad I got to see Michael at my UNC and in the pros. I told my friends when he was a Jr at Carolina he would be the greatest of all time. Well, I was right on the money.
Hey man I love your videos you can obviously see the passion and the joy you put into these videos. I’d go as far as to say that even non sports fans would be engrossed in these videos. I really enjoyed the Micheal and Ali documentaries and I was thinking maybe you could do documentaries on teams in the future (I.e. key draft picks and free agent signings, big games, hardships, playoffs, etc.). As in their stories on how they got to that point. Love everything you’re doing you deserve more subs!
What a legend ..was a true inspiration to all youth around the globe. I have never been to America..but I had his posters in my room since the age of 8. Jordan and Ali ... the emblem of true human spirit.
Wow. Great editing sir. Recaptures the moments perfectly and gives me that rush like the first time i saw it. All young basketball fans should see this.
his impact on and off..d excitement he brought w/ his superb athleticism and creativity plus his killer instict separated him from other great players.. 🐐🐐🐐 no one will ever be like Mike..undisputed GOAT 👍👍👍
His legacy will be cherished by all who witnessed his greatness and for generations to come! So glad I was a kid when he was GOD of the courts. He truly changed the face of basketball and the way kids idolized sports hero's.
You are making my life SOOO difficult, I'm sitting here working and then I get a notification that a new video is up. I have to stop what I'm doing and click!
what really puts into perspective when he's clear the launch is when you slow it down from different angles when it's running at normal speed of the game it seems like a 2-second dunk to the air and then you're done.. but when you really watch the GOAT in action and you realize to hang time that's there in slow motion and the distance traveled it's beyond phenomenal
Smh maaaaan Jordan will alwayse be the most exciting player in my eyes and millions also! their is ALOT of great players but we all know Jordan is KING he makes u want to dunk and do things he did even if u can't ! I'm glad I had a chance when I was growing up to see him in action great video !..#LEGEND#GREATNESS#NEVERFORGET💯👑
The most noticeable difference to me between LeBron and Jordan is the respect for the game Jordan had, he didn't believe he was above the game nor that he was automatically deserving of anything. Unlike LeBron who from what I see is self entitled a product of his generation really. LeBron considers himself "king", Jordan didn't have to argue his greatness, he had the world and his actions do it for him. Tbh Kobe is more resembling to Jordan than LeBron ever WILL be....
Jordan was on another LEVEL!😱🤜🤛COME FLY WITH JORDAN👌..GOAT!lebron ain't got shit on him!😡. Dont kno why nd hw they compare lebron to JORDAN??🤔..nowhere near jordan🤯Jordan was already a LEGEND in the making back den...nd evn nw!
I am so glad that I came up in a Time to watch this man play the game of basketball and we would never come to those group times again and we can all say we are grateful for the Golden Era of basketball
MJ has always been the face of NBA since I’ve been alive. I don’t even watch Basketball atm but everyone knows his name. Tbh. I don’t think you can’t top a legacy like MJ.
