That's what makes Carter, Carter. We can't compare him to anyone else, which is good. We can't compare any of the greats with others, because that what makes them great. Nobody has come close to MJ; Kobe created his own game even though he was influenced greatly by MJ. Same with Duncan, Iverson, Crawford, Payton, etc... All different and unique. @inexpugnabilis
@inexpugnabilis 8 месяцев назад
@@trainerrob1622 As a Kobe fan, I have to agree! During the early 00's or around the millennium the convo about the best players of that position has been between Vince, T-Mac and AI. Kobe was great during the three-peat era and had some great moments like that 51 point game vs Antawn Jamison and also during his playoff run in 2001 especially against the Kings and Spurs. But with Shaq he even admitted having an advantage. Vince's 2001 playoff run meanwhile is kinda underappreciated. Especially against the Knicks he came up clutch and also had an overall great battle vs AI in the second round. If that jumper in Game 7 went in, maybe Vince could've went even further, but nevertheless his performances were outstanding given the fact he really had no help. If T-Mac decided to stay longer in Toronto they easily would've went to the Finals.

This is arguably one of the greatest mix tapes around. It's not 10 minutes of slow motion plays with lots of replays and different angles. It's legitimately Vince wreaking havoc on teams every 5 seconds for an ungodly jaw-dropping 10 minutes, where you think the intensity couldn't possibly keep up, but it just keeps on keeping on. Man, what a great player and what a great career.

💯 - for people like me who watched all his games, we all knew VC was on this all around level. But the national media and NBA marketed VC as “he’s just a dunker”. It’s a real shame. He worked hard on his game. His passing. His jumper. His leadership. His clutch shots. And he was left off All-NBA teams, he was left off the NBA 75th team. He was written off after the year 2003 by most people, when his BEST overall years were 2005-07. That’s why it’s important for me to release these videos. Because people legitimately didn’t know VC was a walking bucket and NBA legend. More than a dunker.

I want to thank whoever edited this. I hate highlight videos where every single play is shown multiple times. I dont mind a couple cool plays being showed more than once, but not every play. This video was refreshing to watch because it was a steady stream of highlights

Love this! The best mix for the most exciting player since (even?) MJ. All around nice guy too, AFAIK.
