I'm a Dad, and I approve this Father of the Bride speech! My Daughter is 13 and I know this day will come. Mr. Crowther's cander was spectacular. Those who felt his speech went on for too long are missing the big picture. The man just summarized 20 some years of Fatherhood in 24 minutes. Well said Sir!
interesting points ,if anyone else wants to learn about examples of father of the bride toasts try Secret Speech Blueprint (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my partner got great results with it.
Listen- this father paid for the wedding- paid for the braces- stayed up late at night until his daughter was safely home - paid for her education- was there for her every step of the way- I think he deserved the stage for 30 minutes- well done😀
@@joelbuzbee1750 Oh, really??? So: one deserves some attention at their kid wedding for taking care of them.? LOL I 'idiotly' though you only take care of them because you are their father or mother, no more... 😀😃 😀
If i had a dad....he could embarass me all he wanted at my wedding. That was a beyond beautiful true example of a father's love for his babygirl. (The way it should be for all us girls)
And yet, L'il Ranch, we're not trying to "embarrass" our little princesses, we're just "sharing" the precious moments in their lives that we will never forget.
Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about "father of the bride speech australia" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Wanameron Lenackson Smasher - (should be on google have a look )? It is a great exclusive product for discovering how to make an amazing wedding speech without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my partner got amazing results with it.
Every girl deserves to be loved by a Daddy as much as this young lady is. The young man she has fallen in love with gazed at her with so much ❤️ Love ❤️ and tenderness. She chose him because her Father showed her by his example what a good man is.
Everything about this was so sweet! He was witty, and at the same time showing the tremendous love he has for his daughter and meanwhile welcoming the new son in law and calling him “his son.” That takes a lot from a Dad and it also shows that this young man has been a wonderful guy to the bride (his daughter). Was he long winded? In my opinion, no. The brides family traditionally pays for the lions share of the wedding, so I’m sure that neither the bride or the groom had any issue giving him 24 minutes of the reception to speak what was on his heart. Like I saw another comment I read, unfortunately one day she may no longer have her dad and they will always have this special video to look back on as a memory. I loved every minute of it. In fact I wish I had a dad like him. He seems to be an amazing man with a good sense of humor and a huge heart.
That was really cool, Dad. You raised a beautiful daughter and a stunning bride. My best wishes to Treavor and Sarah. God Bless and have a happy life together.
I love how commanding he is even while being so cheerful and cordial. The moment he says "Okay, let's get serious again." the room goes freaking silent. It's amazing :)
"To my two favorite people in this tent right now - honey, sorry, that doesn't include you!" Hilarious. Great way to welcome a son-in-law to the family. Well done.
This couple are BABIES! Are they old enough to drink?! The father of the bride is super awesome.... charismatic, funny, honorable and speaking from his heart. And the end of his speech is heartfelt and cutting it with humor. Good man! ❤️
Omg in in tears. This father truly deserves to be called the worlds best father. The love he had for his daughter is incredible. Waht an amazing man. The speech truly was the best speech ive ever hurd in my life. Sarah is one lucky young wonen to have a father that loves her so much. Absolutely Mesmerizing
Why do people even look at likes/dislikes?? Literally I never know until I read comments on videos. And it's just a downer after watching a good video. Even if I noticed on my own, it wouldnt be a downer as much, or even at all, as when somebody bitches, moans and cries about it in the comments.
Rachael Smith Me too Rachael, me too. My dad passed on 3/19/12 to aml leukemia. After almost 8 years it feels as fresh as that day. One of the worst days of my life. My sister passed in 2016, that was another horrible day. It is so difficult to lose a loved one. There aren’t words to describe the hole it leaves in you. Please know you aren’t alone. Your dad is always looking over you, they never leave us.
Good speech my friend. Iv two beautiful daughters and look forward to doing when there older what a gift 🎁 it must be to watch your daughter to grow up in to a woman then to make there own family. Your a good dad my friend
Yep very lucky all American father in law with a good heart and a pretty daughter there's so many father in-laws that are mean and inconsistent well family is everything and wanting the most for our daughters is a given but i tip my hat to her Daddy becuase he's a fair man to let his baby go... Im so scared of my baby bear growing up i can only hope she plays dolls and watches disney with dad forever 💞 i tip my hat to you all! That kind of guest family, bride ,father in law is all any many could ask for
@@ryandowns1507 But the tragic thing is, she won't play dolls forever, Ryan:-( So its your job to teach her how to respect herself and respect others and when you do then trust me, if you play the role of being her parent rather than playing the role of trying to be her pal, then she will pick someone that you too will respect and one day, you will be as gracious as Sarah's father.
@@ryandowns1507 I can’t believe I teared up at your reply but I can’t believe I watched this till the end , !? he reminds me of my brother-in-law who is what I see as a perfect role model father for his twin boys but he also made long speeches at both their weddings LOL. that we all laugh about ,”the boys” are under 30 years old but what you just said reminds me of my son and my little granddaughter who’s in the hospital right now she’s 6 years old and started having epileptic seizures 6 months ago. 🤭😓😥😪😿 and I just got home from there . so of course I’m crying my eyes out! But your comment is perfect! Ryan. I had this feeling you are a real good father. I 🙏🏼 pray all goes well for you and your child . This I know ,,, coming from a stranger you may think is weird a year later, it looks like. But you never know what Angel is watching over who....right?
@@georgereed2386 oh my God I just read this after what I wrote to Ryan and I’m crying worse because you are so right I just kept picking the wrong men 4 times! And all I can do is pray that my son and his little 6-year-old daughter does not become dysfunctional as I have have been
The bride’s father sure does have a great sense of humor! With everyone laughing as he made his speech, could really give him an award for that! The bride really is lucky to have a father like him. c:
Wow, what a coincidence that 3 trolls have all posted the same promotional message in the past week. Go figure! and they conveniently posted them as successive daily nuisances (I mean reminders).
Been married just over 4 years back. And now, we've got 2 amazing, beautiful Princesses. So now I can feel how this awesome Father is feeling at that very moment having 2 lovely Daughters as well. *It's always a Father's greatest fear of keeping his Children **_(most especially Daughters)_** away from him. So all of us **-guys-** men should always be good to the ladies in our lives.* _Wonderful Father of the Bride's speech. Wonderful Dad (I wished I had a Father like him). Wonderful Family. Congratulations and God bless._
Oh Emily.... I am so sorry for your loss. Just remember that you will not be alone on your special day. Let the memory of them fill your heart, pack it all in there and they will be right there with you and just know how very proud of you they are!
'Two-time national champion when it comes to raising daughters' 😁 Well put!! 👍 I enjoyed this so much. She's a lucky lady to have 2 such great guys looking out for her!!
I’m not sure how exactly I ended up on this speech lol but man... How sweet was this speech?! What an incredible way to welcome your new son in-law and his family. This was sooo beautiful. 💜
Touch of Love The bride and the groom looked stunning!!!! It is very hard to put into words what i felt when i watched this video. I do want to say that this is a funny, relaxed, classy as well humble expression of love in its purest form. There are so many lessons to be learned from this video for anyone who needs a reminder of what it means to love and to be loved. Kevin, You are the best father ever!!!
I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other. I think humans should just ditch concepts like dating, marriage, and pair bonding. I feel like this world would be a much better place without romance than it is with it. It does seem that nearly all fathers are hoping that their daughters never date or get married and remain single for the rest of their lives. Romantic relationships seem like a bad thing since there is a lot of dangers when it comes to them. The overprotective father thing is proof that romantic relationships are a bad thing, and this world would be a much better place without them. If someday that the human race ditches the concept of romance and romantic relationships, and got rid of stuff like dating and marriage, fathers would be happy about it since they wouldn't ever have to worry about their daughters ever dating if that ever happened.
Love the whole family the dad is absolutely amazing the daughter is absolutely stunning and the groom is so gorgeous and is so in love! I wish you guys all the best xxxx
My father was in England and too ill to travel to my wedding which was officiated by the Mayor of our tiny village. He died shortly afterwards and I did make it to the funeral. That was in the 1980’s I’d give anything to hear his voice. I “Talk” to him every day and tell him about how my day is going, I really feel he is with me giving me love and support.
Yes, it was LONG... but oh so very sweet and heartfelt and I'm sure not one person there had an issue with the length of his speech other than the bride (daughter) and to her chill out feel special be happy that you have a wonderful father that took the time and put so much thought and emotion into his speech see it as that is the last night he's no longer your provider, your protector, the #1 man in your life he now passes the torch to your husband so let him have those last 24mins as one day he will not be around and you will look back at this video watching & listening wishing there was not an end to it. Learn to be patient live in the moment for what it is don't try to speed up or hurrying along these precious life moments. Once you're a parent you will completely understand. I applaud this father and again I note to the daughter she's a very lucky lady. With that being said I enjoyed this video very much so and only issue I had or only moments that bothered me a bit is the couple times it was on the bride and while the father was pouring out his emotions she was seen telling him to speed it up.
It looked like she was telling him “keep the shots going” because he screwed up saying tooth fairy not real and there were kids there. Besides that motion never saw her telling him to speed it up
That was a hilariously wonderful wedding speech by the father. Kevin, you make me wish I had my father to give the wedding toast of the Dad when I marry my husband again. God bless you all. 💜
Love Sarah's "diaper plan!" (I know, I have three daughters, the "joy" of my life! 'The oldest is/or always tries to "control and make everyone mind!" My middle is the social butterfly, and, my baby, 'will always be "the baby--all grown up! All, exquisitely perfect!)
What an amazing speech from a father & Trevor he loves you so very much. I wish you Sara & Trevor a lifetime of love & happiness. Sara's parents....... here's to the next wonderful chapter
Can I just say this is the best video that I have watch so far. He is a great dad, and you can see the love he has for beautiful Sarah, and his new son. Wish them them all the best.
what a wonderful speech but definitely had its funny moments but truly a speech that came from the heart & this fathers love for his daughter and son-in-law truly shows. Wishing Sarah and Trevor many years and many blessings Congratulations!
“We only had to ball out two people to-be here right” . N Dad says . To Trevor parents . Thanks to them , because, they raised a son , that’s good enough , for my daughter “. This is so cool here what a great dad . This vlog is funny , hilarious. Congrats to bride, Sarah , n Trevor . N families here . Thus dad truly loves her daughter .
What a beautiful speech...... I've never before seen such genuine love and mutual admiration, between a father-of-the-bride and his new son-in-law. It was very touching. Kevin, you are a natural with a mic. I could've listened to you ALL NIGHT. That was somethin'.... Mama Bear must be so proud. Congratulations, to all. You too, Trevor. And, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for inviting the whole world, to Sarah's wedding. (I'm sure Sarah must REALLY appreciate that, Dad. haha...) All our love, from Toronto, Canada.
oh my, watching you tube and see this speech. i just love it, you are so good and you're daughter is so beautiful. wish you all the best, from the Netherlands
Sarah, that was so beautiful from your dad, someday you will cherish it beyond what you can see now! What a wonderful tribute to you, Trevor, and your family.
OMG, Kevin, your so called ending comment about if there was something you could ever change with your daughter was to do it over one more time brought me to tears. You had the best father of the bride speech ever!! Even though Sarah wanted you to wrap it up a few "hours" ago, (just kidding), I thought it was just so hilarious and so heart-warming. Job well done to you. I wish Sarah and Trevor all the love, luck, health and happiness that life brings them.
Beautiful couple,- Sara you have a Wonderful Father who really cares for u & ur sister- who have good characters too. Your husband is handsome too, I love your dress. Congrats to you & Trevor- God bless you in your future endeavors.
you seem like an amazing father, I had speeches like this for my older sister three years ago, I'm 19 now and have custody of my other sisters niece, I thought you did great for it being such an emotional time
