I'm quite interested in the max watt input this generator allows ( I have a 260w panel). I've seen the 155w limit you mentioned. However, Grecells advertises two 100w panels as accessories. So I wonder what is the max watts input!

Actually, you are correct. You can possibly get the total 200w input. I read the charger wrong; it provides 24v @ 6.25A, so a max wattage input at 150w. I thought that was the limit of the BMS/Charge Controller but I was mistaken! You should be perfectly fine with the 260w solar panel, especially with efficiency losses, you'll max it out for sure :)

Great first video! I was especially looking for comparison with the Jackery, which is hard to find. Keep up the good work!

I will always love my Jackeries, but the Grecell T1000 is well worth it considering the price difference. I have yet to see how the Grecell will perform in the long run, but it seems to be holding up so far.

Yeah it's worked well for me. I try not to use it often because it isn't an iron phosphate but it has come in useful during storms and when I'm doing long 3d prints when I know the weather is a threat haha

Can you run a garage door motor of this unit?
@HardenedSite
@HardenedSite 3 месяца назад
It depends on your garage door unit I guess. Just remember you can pull a max of 1000w so just keep that in mind :)

So it is apples to apples comparison to Jack, but unfair to compare to Blue.

ru-vid.comJGWq4enYwHs - If you want to see how much it draws while cooking some spam. Otherwise you can calculate how much time the battery will last with this calculation: Time = Watt-Hours/Watt. So my coffee pot draws 712 watts and it is a 999 watt-hour battery. It will last 1.4 hours if it constantly draws 712 watts. If I made one pot of coffee which takes about 5 minutes, I would have about 939.64 watt-hours of battery left or 93% battery. If it took 10 minutes to make a pot of coffee, then it would have 881.71 WH left or 88% battery. Hope that helps!

@@HardenedSite yeah calculations are goid but does the battery actually put out that much… be nice to see if u did the test if it would say 88% left or maybe like i say it would be less if the machine isnt as strong as they say… i say that because i bought 1 and it dint do as much as it was suppose to…. Coffe pot was suppose to last 50 minutes before killing it and 25 mins in i had 10% left… unit only had about 2 cycles done tho might be related but anyeays sold it to buy a grecell and its way better
