Greek Avgolemoni soup (Greek Egg ,Lemon , Chicken and Rice Soup)

in todays video im going to be showing you how to make this lovely hearty soup ,this soup is eaten both in Greece and Cyprus, and is excellent for when your run down or have the flu as it helps build you up.the key ingredients are chicken , lemon, egg, and rice and if you love lemon you will love this ! this is a super zingy creamy soup ! i hope you make this and let me know in the comments down below what you think ....Buon Appetite !

ingredients:
4/5 chicken thighs with skin and bones ( can use breast or whole chicken)
5 lemons ( or however many lemons you like )
4 eggs
2 stock cubes
1 /1 1/2 cup of long grain rice
salt
pepper
