Ingredients:
- 450g pork shoulder
- 1l vegetable broth (YT: )
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- piece of panceta (slanina) - just the skin
- half an onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 2 bell peppers
- 400g potatoes (a few)
- 100g frozen green peas
- 100g fresh barley
- 1 whole chili pepper
- 2 bayleaves
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, smoked and sweet paprika
