I'm from south carolina. Greenville to be exact. We have a restaurant called the clock. Been here for many years. The greek families own them Greek hotdog chili is the best . I love it on a hamburger!!! On my fries. I'd eat it on anything. The family will not tell their recipe I have made my own, pretty close. This looks amazing

Its beef broth or roast broth drippings.. not water or chicken .. this isnt greek it would be bland with cinnamon in it ,... Where is corn stratch...didnt see that either this isnt greek ..
why is it called greek chili, I don't see anything in the recipe that makes it greek ? I have always made my chili like this with beans,and I have made it without beans
