I'm glad I found this information. I have had a burden in my heart to learn Greek, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, I know I will be blessed tremendously. I know about TBS, I have their Bible in Spanish and will order the Greek TR from TBS as well. The most used Bible in Spanish speaking brethren is the Reina-Varela 1960. This version, however, has been corrupted also with the Critical Texts of heretics Westcott and Hort. TBS has a faithful version in Spanish based on the TR. The Reina-Valera Gomez 2010 and Valera 1602 Purificada are also based on the TR. The latter is by far the closest to the TR. Of these three, the Valera 1602 Purificada is the one that translate Jn. 1:1 faithfully for the Greek word "logos" Palabra. The other versions translate it as "Verbo". That is a Catholic thing. Where in the Bible does it say everything has to be in the Bible. Also, you might want to ask Jesus since he quoted from the Septuagint rather than the Masoretic text which was used for the OT in the KJV.
I have spent near countless hours studying the translation issue, and I know with absolute certainty that the king James bible is the only true translation of the bible in our current form of the English language. Infact I would go so far as to say these others translations (excluding those in middle and old English that came before the kjv) are perversions of the word of God. Your church teaches that Mary was always a virgin, why then does the Bible teach Jesus had brothers? Ello... I know this video is 5 yrs old... but I still hope I would get an answer... I'm currently 17 yrs old and trying to learn greek so that I can read the greek new testament closest to the original scriptures so that I can understand the bible more without being hindered by mistranslations and untranslatable words such as the famous Λόγος in John 1:1 which in my opinion looses it's meaning when translated to English... unfortunately I'm not old enough to buy stuff online so I decided on using the bible app called you version and I was wondering if the greek version there called BYZ04 by the hellenic bible society is as good as the textus receptus of trinitarian bible society
After watching some of your videos, I'm not so sure I can trust what you are saying. For a man who claim's to be self taught, how is it that you decided that all of the other Greek translations are corrupted?
Steven Anderson has an entire series on learning biblical Greek. Pick up an anki deck for some vocab and watch his videos and you'll be fine. Also the more modern Greek you already know, the better.

Lol I’m not Christian, not even culturally since I’m from a country where the majority is Buddhist. I’m just here to learn some greek. But this making me awfully interested in what this pastor thinks is ‘corrupt’ and altered and the perceived agenda behind the changes. I know next to nothing about the things in the bible. Edit: I just searched his name on here and boy he’s made quite the name for himself as a raging bigot 🤡
The King James Version isn't the idol that you make it out to be, it's a very old translation that is not superior to modern translations or to the very manuscripts that you mischaracterize as "corrupt." You need to think about the commandments about telling the truth and not bearing false witness. Your content is marred by your ideological bias.
