I’m in the crowd! Flew in from an airbase in Europe to see the game. I was midway up in the stands on the east side of the stadium- south 45 yd line. There was a guy sitting next to me - I’d say he was a contractor/plumber/ builder - still in his work clothes. We were down late and he turned to me and said “believe they will win and they will win” After Jacke kicked the game winner I turned to the guy. He was gone. True story.

This game ultimately ended up being for the #1 seed in the playoffs. A lose for the packers and they still would've ended up the 2 with a bye as to where the this lose ended up costing the 49ers way more as they were a wildcard at 12-4

Never forget this game. My best friend and I were emotionally spent by the end of this game, and after Jacke kicked the 53 yarder to win the game, we couldn't believe it! I turned to my best friend and said "We won???" Then he says "WE WON!!!" And then we started screaming. 😂😂😂

I like the touch at the end of Al Michaels and Dan Dierdorf just keeping their mouths shut and let the audience take in the celebration. Nothing they could say would make it better.

This 49ers team would've won 14-15 games had Young been healthy and not missed one third of the season.
