Jay Dorleus has seen more than his fair share of explosive engagements. With 2 Iraq and 4 Afghanistan Deployments under his belt, he's served 14 years in country as a Green Beret, with his first 4 years served as a Combat Engineer specializing in demolitions - tracking IED's and disarming charges that would otherwise devastate forces on the ground. And devastate they did - to hear it from Jay, he's picked up parts of his squad mates (literally) on more than one occasion.
But violent beginnings often lead to violent ends, and for Jay, becoming a Green Beret wasn't just a matter of duty - it was a means to exact revenge on the very fighters that caused such devastation in the first place. His story is inspirational and I appreciate you for having him on. You conducted a very good interview and it was engaging if that is right way of putting it. @@voodooviking1230 anyone that has eaten dirt to live, moved to another country and served for 20+ years, saw people die the way he did, produced a family while being in an elite community, and led other men, and what you want to try and do is call them woke and whiny, tells me you are the lesser man or person. You could not have possibly gone through what he has and had his experience so throwing out those labels just shows you are obtuse.

1. The buckle is such a baller gift. 2. Fascinating to learn his background 3. Appreciate his self awareness about being a pain in the ass. Having a pain in the ass on a team can be a good thing as long as it's upstream and not down. Meaning: challenge leadership, ask the tough questions, continuously strive to improve performance and keep leaders accountable. However, don't get out of step when doing the job, be a reliable professional and don't put the team at risk due to poor performance.

Did you understand the underlying context of what and why he was saying it? It’s not always good to nick pick because you might miss the underlying humor and backdrop. Jee wiz some of you guys are slow or hard of hearing or don’t understand punchlines. My goodness.

Jay didn't accuse Jocko of anything. I Eric Deming just stated what Jocko's guys were saying to many Team guys while they were back state side for Mark Lee's funeral and after they redeployed home. Talk to a SEAL active during that time and you will hear the same.

@@ericdeming7748ypu don't accuse someone of the most extreme evil deeds - in public - unchallenged - without a single piece of evidence. It is the very legal definition of defamation. And yes - Jay is equally guilty of defamation as Eric is. I don't care about if it's true or not - it is the fact that Jay does not challenge Eric on one single point. Nlot even symbolically. It's unprofessional. Present the evidence first then call people out. Jay,, Antihero podcast and Eric all act like high school femalees. None of them has presemted any evidence to back up their claims. None. I think 3 of 7 said it pretty accurate. This is just people lacking a sanse of purpose that becomes bored so they start eating their own.

Only the ones worth bashing. And I wouldn’t even consider Jay and Erics podcast bashing. One is a Former Seal, one is a former Green Beret. If anyone has the right to bring anything to light or call out any wrong-doing, it’s these guys and their colleagues. Frankly they’re doing their community a service and it shouldn’t be so frowned upon. If things don’t add up and people’s lives are/were involved, you ought not to stop questioning until the inaccuracies are identified.

@@brich5314 I don't. It's honestly some members of the Seal Community doing to themselves. All I saw was him giving a platform to a Seal that was calling for accountability and it rubbed some people a certain way because it took a different view of some people's heroes. We cannot be completely blind to the realties. I don't think he is generating it, they are doing it to themseleves.
