Someone messed up the volume control during this song. Fall out boy and Weezer were much louder and audio better balanced. Took about 3-4 songs in on Greenday to sort. Ace gig though!
I always wanted to check out the Scottish crowd. Flew there exclusively for this concert. Crowd was boring , everyone was recording , people cutting me off to record the whole concert in front of me. Got elbow on my belly and people complaining cause I was jumping while they rather just stare at the stage. NEVER AGAIN.
These days Green Day play to an audience of mostly kids. This is just what kids (and some adults) do at gigs these days. I'm just glad i saw Green Day at the barrowland a bunch of times back in the day. Btw if you come to a concert in Scotland again you should perhaps opt for a show that is NOT an outdoor show in a park. For some reason my beloved countrymen and women like to make outdoor concerts a dangerous hassle. These summer outdoor rock concerts are rare for us and it causes a lot of hangers on and non-fans to attend and cause trouble.
@@Delboy219 I understand that the crowd is more diverse these days. I was right at the front, most people were adults with a few young adults around. It was more of a fashion show and photoshoot even for people who seem to be old fans. Some countries the crowd still holds up like old times. Argentina , Chile , japan and Germany still have pretty great crowds. It's just a big disappointing for me cause I had high expectations on the crowd. I'm from Brazil and live in Germany. Crowd in Brazil used to be unreal and nowadays is all about recording. I might try again Scotland for trsmt festival or something
Sorry to hear you were disappointed. Scotland, especially Glasgow are known for their incredible crowds, but I personally would go to an indoor venue. It’s a totally different atmosphere and guaranteed the crowd will be much better
