@@YungAirheadOfficial I have a feeling that Mike warmed up a lot with that during The Insomniac Tour with Tre adding a beat if he was up there. A lot of those songs were revved up on tempo Geek Stink Breath, Stuck With Me, Jaded, etc. I have a distinct memory of hearing Bab's Uvula Who? as a jam when they were farting around during soundcheck with unintelligible lyrics(as if they weren't already) after Mike and Tre were doing the intro to Panic Song.
You know how they played Dookie in full at Fremont? I feel like the live performance of Panic Song (and the rest of Insomniac) is inevitable for an anniversary show. Interesting video though 😊
@@JetBlack45 yes it has, mike posted a story like in january or smth saying that they had actually played it a couple times on small shows and that his and tre's hands were on fire
I understand why artists choose not to perform their songs live but it is a sad reality because we never got a chance to see them perform these songs including the ones that don't contain the music videos. We only get to hear the audio so you couldn't tell what they were expressing facially when doing these recorded songs. You only hear audio. Sadly no one had the opportunity to record videos of their tracks that never got the chance to be performed live.
Any chance you could do this for Blink-182? There's gotta be some on Cheshire Cat, Dude Ranch, Neighbourhoods and California. In fact, I think nearly all of Nine has never been played live. They released it right before the pandemic, and then didn't go on tour again until 2023 when they were back with Tom.
@@DgSui he's also gotten a lot of things wrong about the history of the band, I wouldn't be surprised if there was no memory considering what they were using and how hard the insomniac tour was on them. we just don't have a full recording. it does cut in during the taped soundcheck for jaded in chicago

Okay, so that means every song from 39/Smooth, Dookie, American Idiot, 21st Century Breakdown, ¡UNO!, Revolution Radio and even Father of All Mofos was played live? (I'm not counting Saviors because I think it's too early to affirm all the songs will be played live in the future)
@@musicsociety97 Actually they played full American idiot and dookie 3 days ago. Don't You know it's dookie 30' anniversary and american idiot 20 anniversary? Plus Saviors tour . This is a great year to be a Green Day fan 😀
Uptight & deadbeat holiday are bangers and it’s a shame they never got the chance to be heard live. The trilogy had it’s moments but it sure is the weak link in GD catalog
