I prefer this type of Mega Guide instead of 10 different guides--much easier to come back to and find than searching for all the separate vids on a scourge.

Difficulty 8 - all pacts advice: For those that might be in a similar situation on Node 10 (my NA are ~775k - but my Tigra is G18). I actually used Tigra special first so she gets her buffs. I found using the ult, someone usually got pushed or colleen seemed to 1 shot my Thing (Thing & Coulson are only G14 - no T4 investment) and was able to control the node until I got back to her ult (using Coulson basic really helps as its a small turn meter rewind). I also switched Ronin to Skirm cause he wasn't landing his controlling effects very often otherwise (even at G16/85). Take care of turn meter, only use abilites when you need to (don't be afraid to basic) and if there are only a few enemies lef tin the wave and you have them under a ton of debuffs, use your basics to regen ability energy. It took me about 50-75 resets but push for some good RnG on flips and be patient.

Great walkthrough guide!! Thank you Dorky!! My coulson died before the final node, so it was hard, had to try 5+ times with Cap instead, was getting really pissed but did finally get through. :) D8 only. D9 node 2 was impossible. What pacts should I turn off to get thru D9? How big a rebirth team do I need?

what burn attack did you do in node 4? (I find your guide videos to be very helpful. These and your crucible vids are what gets me through the complicated meta!)

The stage 4 burn can come in a few different ways! Here’s what I’m doing on a D 10 run which should help if struggling on any difficulty. 1) Send in 1 single weak minion to eat Sersi Ultimate 2 If not using Power Dynamics Pact) Send in Yellowjacket Wasp and 1 weak minion. Reset until the minion is chosen for the Sersi Special, use YJ and Wasp Special on Sersi. stun must land. Separate all characters by putting 5 units down and deselecting the back line 2 if using power dynamics) send in 3 weak minions to pull Sersi ultimate Corvus ultimate and Cull Taunts. Separate all characters by putting 5 units down and deselecting the back line. 3) go in with main team and pray! Hope that helps!

Thanks for doing this Dorky! I can only make it passed D7 with all pacts because I didn't have the time or resources to build up both the Sinister 6 and New Avengers teams before the event ended. I wish they would have gave us more of a heads up on the required teams so I could have better spent my gold. I tried difficulty 8 but there was no way I was getting passed node 6. I tried for hours and depleted all my gold, it sucks but I don't think I'm alone on this.

if you have Xtreme xmen built you could take out node 8 without using ultron, might make it slightly easier.

Great content Dorky, do you anticipate doing a dif 9 or dif 10 run by chance? I ran all scourges on 8, super easy. Working through 9 now and had a few sticky points. Not sure if there are some pre-node prep work things I need to do, or if it's just a sheer power thing. War payouts today, Think I need to take some global blasters up

I've been playing the 1st New Warrior node for half an hour now, Tigra just keeps getting a tonne of bleeds almost immediately and dies! 😩

I got 1,121,000 max difficulty 7 top 3915 when i finished. i around 4100s now. Do you think i'm safe in top 1-3% because i can't do any better than that.

I have the same score and am currently ranking at 8200. I think we'll be in the 4-6% bracket. Although 1-3% would be awesome! We'll have to wait a few days to see for sure.

@@suchanjv we should still be 1-3% hopefully. it does suck how much most of us fell because people spent resources into their rebirth or new avenger teams so they can do difficulty 8 all nodes excluding the last one. that why we fell down so much but that gold investment wasn't worth doing imo. Next run back yes it worth it.

You dont need to go to dificulty 9, you can use the strategy/team/pacts AND go for dif 7 or 6

there's nothing really fun about this scourge, unless you spend a ton of money to take your characters to g18 3 diamond; you ain't beating d9 and will be stuck praying you score better than everyone doing d8. no wonder this game has lost interest and keeps falling.
