Looking at this, it's certainly top class. Five Stars ⭐ from me. My wife is Rajasthani and she makes it with just fresh Methi (fenugreek). It's awesome.
You can make paratha with whatever you wish... I use to do with dinner leftovers,with smashed potato, finely shredded beef, (or vegetables) fresh coriander, green chilli, spices to your taste...mix well and make a paste that you spread on the paratha...cover it with the other layer of the dough.
