Hi everyone, just a few notes about this dish. I cleaned the chicken gizzards by putting salt then rinse very well. Boiled it 2 times. First boiling was only for 10 mins for additional cleaning step for the chicken gizzard. Dispose the soup stock. Second Boiling is to make the gizzard nice & tender. About 30 to 45 mins of boiling time. Keep the gizzard stock, it will be use for the recipe dish.
