I'm not sure which one I love more, Diana but I'm super impressed that you used your homemade BBQ sauce. The consistency of both are divine and I see me loving both for summer bbqs and picnics.
Hi There , can you please use subtitles on ingredients like while adding the powders in the sauce do mention how much grams your using so that it finds us very easy to make the perfect sauce with a delicious taste
It is very nice to learn with you the Columbian sauces. Thanks for share with us. Stay connected and help each other. Have a nice day. I watch the full video as per my habit. Have a nice day.
I have a quick question. I have been to this Colombian empanada spot in Queens New York. They have this green sauce that they give you with the empanadas. It looks like a Puerto Rican Sofrito mixed with a little bit of cream being that it looks creamy. Would you say that it’s the green sauce that you made in this video? I’m curious because I make empanadas at home and love that green sauce I used to have. Also, the sauce was not spicy.
Each restaurant has its own version but if it was creamy, it has to be this one. There are many other versions like guasacaca, avocado sauce and even this one: sweetysalado.com/en/2013/08/colombian-green-hot-sauce.html

Great video, can't wait to make the salsa verde. I know that you focus on Colombian, but do you know a recipe for the yellow sauce (I think it uses peppers) that you can get at some Peruvian chicken restaurants? Thanks ;)
I know exactly the sauce you're talking about but I haven't made it myself. Here's a link of a recipe that I found online: delishably.com/spices-seasonings/Peruvian-Sauce-Recipe
