The Super Omega-3 Diet Plan:
Inflammatory Destructive Foods to Eliminate
1. Meat
2. Eggs
3. Dairy
4. Oils, Margarines, and Butters
5. Processed Foods
Meats, eggs, and dairy create inflammatory immune cells.
These foods contain far too much Omega 6 which causes inflammation and cellular membrane hardening.
The body prefers Omega 6 over Omega 3 and will block Omega 3 from metabolizing. The enzymes that metabolize Omega acids will first process Omega 6 and then Omega 3. By eliminating Omega 6 we can allow the Omega 3 in healing foods to metabolize.
Anti-inflammatory Healing Foods:
1. Greens, Fruits, Seeds
2. Raw Vegetables (should be 70% of your diet)
a. Especially cruciferous vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, kale, chard, spinach, etc.
b. Veggies are high in essential minerals and vitamins.
c. Cooking veggies destroys vitamins and nutrients.
3. High Dose Omega 3: Flax Seeds and Chia Seeds (1/2 c. per day minimum)
a. Grind them up just before eating. Do not pre-grind; this will cause oxidation.
b. Omega 3 integrates in cell membranes: enabling the elimination of toxins and the absorption of nutrients. Omega 3 softens cell membranes allowing proper penetration. Too much Omega 6 hardens cell membranes. Without healthy cell membranes you cannot properly eliminate toxins and cannot properly absorb nutrients. This causes inflammation and disease.
c. Omega 3 enables high-rate metabolism enabling the body to quickly burn fat.
d. Omega 3 enables brain function, building healthy neurons and brain cells. This improves memory, mood, and cognitive function.
e. Omega 3 is anti-aging and anti-dementia. Protects against dementia and Alzheimer’s.
f. Fish oil isn’t good enough. It does not provide ALA.
g. Omega 3 creates anti-inflammatory immune cells.
High Water Intake
1. All the body’s essential functions require lots of water.
2. Drink lots of water! 128 oz / 1 gallon per day.
3. The body needs lots of water to detoxify and heal.
4. Lots of water enables regular bowel movements.
5. Lots of water increases energy levels.
6. Lack of water causes skin problems because that is the last organ to hydrate and get nutrition.
