Honestly, I don't think this is a problem itself, I think the implementation is a problem. If you build a roving horde of Death orcs who attack anything they see and let them free on the world, OF COURSE people aren't going to trust you very much. The problem is that the malus only applies if they die within 10 turns of being summoned, when it should really be applied the second you press the WAGH button. It also probably shouldn't effect relations with other greenskins at the very least, and maybe even the other "evil races", but the current reliability system applying to the whole world instead of individually prevents nuanced strategic diplomacy like that.

Skarsnik is probably the first i'll try out when the Warden & the Paunch releases. I want to make the Gobo version of the Soviet Union. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH

It was, though it was in multiplayer so won't necessarily be your experience in lord fights in campaign because the effect of levels, wargear, and campaign effects are missing.

idk, Tyrion wasn't given Sunfang, and he missed like...12 hits. it's basically RNG at this point, given rematch and he would have won some while Grimgore would have won others

@@Cloudy-qb4ri Even then, the fact that Grimgor can go toe to toe with Tyrion and win or lose based on RNG means he's on par with one of the top 3 melee lords in the game. That's some good shit. Grimgor now has real chances to defeat Kholek, Archaon, Vlad, or Tyrion. I suppose he loses to Wulfrik if Wulfrik has the mammoth, but that's more because of the mammoth's mass than because of Wulfrik (Zerkovich said Setra won because of the Warsphynx too). But in any case, Grimgor is now a top notch melee fighter, which is exactly what he should be.

@@gustavotriqui true dat, the fact that he can take on any lord with the base factor of rng saying that he has risen to the top of the melee food chain. and yeah, he can't take on Wulfric on mammoth or Settra on kitty cuz they keep knocking him over and stun lock him

id expect chaos to be massively overhauled for wh3. beastmen may be before that but i wouldnt bet on it as they are a chaos faction too.

each individual unit can choose a upgrade they can get, so one black ork can have the immortulz armor and another can have the upgrade which gives them anti large bonuses
