It occurs naturally like the sugar in an apple they way God made it . It's different than table sugar added to like cereal or a candy bar . Plus honey has all kinds of nutrients like an apple that a candy bar doesn't have .
Sorry, but honey, table sugar is chemically the same molecule, the body doesn't think" I like bananas cause it's on a tree" Sugar is sugar is sugar, and there is nothing wrong with cane sugar, dates, bananas, table sugar, syrup. Sugar is a nutrient.
Table sugar has no nutritional value , Your rght a little cane sugar won't hurt you it's when you drink 5cans of pop , eat candy bars commercial donuts , every day. Dried fruit is excellent for you .
100 ounce of water per day!! Man, he has to do a lot of pit stops!! ....I mean if you are playing under the heat of Miami, it is ok, but if you are at home....oh boy.....
Funny, he says he won't eat anything with sugar early in the morning, BUT has steak, eggs and honey for breakfast. Per teaspoon, honey has MORE sugar in it than sugar does, yes it does, he needs to do a little research. Plus unless honey is the thick, natural RAW that's loaded with nutrients, healthy vitamin C and the B vitamins which comes in a jar, that you need to spoon out, it's processed. The pourable honey that comes in the bear container or any pourable honey, has been man-processed, heated, which means all the nutrients and vitamins in raw healthy, unprocessed honey are gone. Gone. Destroyed. Man likes to destroy things. No health benefits in processed pourable honey it's just pure sugar and again higher sugar content than sugar has, a bad thing. So stick to the natural, thick, RAW unprocessed honey in a jar that you have to spoon out, always read the labels.
Definitely some heartache for Greg . But if I needed someone to save my life with a driver on a narrow fairway from the t Greg would be on my short list.
@@Devlins10 heartache? If I was the leading Money winner for many years, number one player in the world for many years, was a successful businessman and had millions of dollars, I don't think I would feel too much pain.
@@mith2946 besides pancreas and liver stress from eating honey.....it also modifies the gut biome negatively because of it's anti microbial qualities. It is unlike table sugar with it's traces of roundup from harvest desiccation of cane with roundup, so that's about the only thing good about honey. While all sugars are not equivalent, they are all bad for physical and psych health. For golfers, any amount of added sugar to foods is not good for their ball striking, in particular. It corrupts rhythm, but anyway. I have had a good decade to test this hypothesis.
