So, I watched a lot of Armored Skeptic back in the day. Basically until he started doing the "History is a Lie" series. Widely I stopped because I couldn't tell if he believed in all of this conspiracy drek or not (and now I know he does. When it's convenient for him). But this retconning is especially frustrating. There was a video of his that I remember distinctly (But can't find. I think he may have deleted it) where he spoke about the Armored Skeptic persona and why he chose to do his whole atheist youtube channel thing. From memory, he was a Christian who deconverted after learning more about the world and his friends and family abandoned him. He was hurt and alone and was very depressed. But he found the will to continue and pursue what he thought was the truth. And he created the persona of the Armored Skeptic, someone who could withstand the slings and arrows of the people who had hurt him. And that was powerful to me. Creating a character to survive where your actual self didn't have the power to. And this . . . ruins that. It's just kind of a shame to see even the relatively mediocre content he produced get worse as his brain seemingly leaks out of his ears and he sniffs his own farts.

Between this and Keffels going to rehab, its probably safe to assume coming into contact with Shoe is hazardous for your mental health

As much as I wish I could, I can't make fun of Shoe for dating Greg. I have to admit that he is hot, whether I want to or not.
