My wife and I went to Kann two weeks ago and it was the best bite we had this entire year. We ordered the brioche muffins, gyiro twice cooked pork, diri ak sos pwa, epis chicken, and the glazed duck. We will be back!
I enjoy seeing Gregory cook, his food is so interesting. I was cheering for him on Top Chef, I live on the east coast so i'm far away from his restaurant but hopefully one day I can taste his cooking. 😋
Man looks like a cross between Gustavo and Urkel but seriously though, as a former addict I have HUGE respect for this man. Keep on going Mr Gourdet. One day at a time.
Why is he not massaging the meat? So much of the marinade was left on the pan during the cooking and many areas were straight up blank (and thus probably bland). He talk good and definitely overcame a lot of difficulties in his personal, but come on.
