i absolutely love watching sam speak, he’s so authentic, intelligent, and humble. definitely the most down to earth musician i’ve ever seen. i would love to have him in my social orbit, he seems like such a good person to have in your life, his energy is so magnetic.

Haven’t said anything about this since it’s been out for almost a year, but I seriously watch this video all the time. Seeing Sam so calm and chill and not being pressured by interviewers is so pleasant to see. I love Sam so much and the entire band. The way they talk about life and the world and their passions, I could literally sit down and listen to them talk, and have a conversation with them for hours, that would honestly be a dream. Also they all have huge hearts, they’re intelligent and kind, musical geniuses and they all just absolutely adore their fans. They are just the most amazing people on this planet and I am so glad I am experiencing life in the same timeline that they exist. Also I absolutely love the relationship you guys have with Sam, The energy is immaculate and I just love how you’re all so comfortable with each other, it’s like you’re best friends! I’ve seen some interviews where The interviewer asked weird questions, or it’s uncomfortable, but I absolutely love the vibes here!!! This video is amazing and I definitely subscribed!!! 💛☮️🌿✨

I didn’t know who you guys were but I love you now. Sam too of course. It was strange at first hearing you “guys” talking about love and humanity in such depth, but it’s amazing! Honestly, at first I laughed and thought jokingly, ok guys get a room but a minute later i was all teary eyed and toasting you guys with my bottled water. 😁 My dad just passed and because of C-19 I couldn’t be with him. It was awful. He was born in Maine though so I wanted to check this out. I watched the entire video and I will now subscribe. Not sure I commented way long ago or not but in any case I absolutely loved rewatching this session It’s no secret how much I love Sam He’s always so relatable Definitely a “people person” Maybe it’s his interest in astronomy? Dunno but I’d love to see and hear much more

I’ve watched this episode three times now because I wanted to be fair in my review of it. I think the show itself has great potential but the hosts have to step it up a bit. Sam is a great interview and he brings so much charisma and personality every time he sits down with someone. I didn’t inherently dislike the guys interviewing him but maybe he’s just on a differently level than them because he seemed so articulate and thoughtful with everything he said and all those two clowns could come up with is “yeah man that’s so true” or “yeah dude” and it killed the overall vibe of the interview.

He DID have the sexiest hair in show business.

Enjoyed the interview, learned a lot. I really love the sound and individual prowess of the Wood Brothers, (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ovJgjjHojqE.html) and though their sound and gvf are quite different, it'll be interesting to see what the gvf dot next album, "going back to the raw" sounds like, vocal harmonies? giving Sam more solos on base or keys, etc. PS wb and gvf totally diff groups and scopes, just exploring what version of raw / stripped back sound might come out of gvf. PS, love lobster and beer, many vacations in southern me over the years. Keep up the good work, guys.
