Little Edie (Edith) and Big Edie Bouvier Beale lived in East Hamptons in a house called Grey Garden. They were the lesser known cousins of Jackie Onassis Kennedy and Lee Radziwell. Once upon a time they were in the highest of social circles but a series of unfortunate events left them penniless and living together in a big ramshackle mansion by the sea. The women never lost their unique character or humor, and they certainly never weakened.
