Well i downloaded the entire episode and then just took this scene out using a video editer thing. But you should download vdownloader onto your computer. It lets you download youtube clips really easily!
I don't think Ellen is the best actress (in fact she's probably been the weakest female cast member on Grey's for the past 5 seasons...) but I think this and the previous scene with the therapist were her best work she's ever done on the show.
She's one of the best. You know why... because shonda used (and kate) her real life problem into one of the episodes and its so damn hard being in that situation that you need to act it even though its not okay for you.
