Hello My Friend, I'm glad you found your shooting rest and avoiding the twenty Mike Tyson kidney punches, lol! I have and use a trigger stick and really like it. It's lightweight and very handy and very versatile. Initially, I thought they were expensive, though having used mine every time I shoot, I think they're well worth their money now. My Dad always made what he could as money was scarse growing up. I guess that rubbed off. The Deathgrip Tripod looks a hell of a unit and a fair unit to lug about. I haven't used one, and looking at the price, I would hate to lose one. I'm happy with my trigger stick. 😊

I’ve had that feeling plenty of times thinking I’ve lost something. I even left my tripod on a beach in Scotland when I was photographing dolphins but another photographer returned it the morning after when I was photographing ospreys. It’s an age thing for me, I’ve got a memory like a sieve,

May be I’m getting old but I find shooting from that sort of hide far more comfortable particularly this time of year and I’ve got a bog pod I’ve had for years but it came with a rail type of gun rest (twin V rests on a rail that slotted into the top of the tripod) - I’d much prefer the shorter “saddle” type that actually grips the rifle but I couldn’t find one that fitted the the Primus trigger sticks I use now. Oddly enough I’ve got a Dreamline but that too didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted (the folding stock) - the gun shop seemed to have got confused with the details of what was possible. I’ve kept the gun but the Brock Ranger Xr is now my go to gun for most sub 12 situations. It stows away so small It’s the gun I take with me when I’m not going shooting just going for a walk across the farm and the woods. Nice watch, be interested to know a bit more about that Dreamline, a lovely bit of kit.

Hello my friend, It's a horrible feeling realising you may have left something and it being in the lap of the gods as to whether you get it back or not. I have one of those hides myself. I'm not calling them, I think they're good. I just found mine very restrictive. I humbly think it's arguable that a camoflage suit is better in a secluded area. Then, you have full vision and no bodily/rifle restrictions. Thank you for you video and best wishes.

I lost my binoculars after stopping to change out of my wellies, hung them on a fence post, then forgot to put them back on again, defo an age thing. No way I can replace them these days, on a pension, so I am making do with my 50 plus year old ones, with no zoom. Sick as a dog
