Grief 101: Loss of Loved Ones 

We created a ‘Grief’ series as a way to create a safe space to discuss various types of loss that’s plagued us. In the three-part series, our goal is to find healing by baring all, while simultaneously helping others to search for healing. We hope this series finds you well.

For the first edition of the series, we discuss loved ones that transitioned. We share our heartfelt experiences on how loss disrupted our worlds, our journey through finding our footing, and how we’re currently reshaping new worlds by gracefully honoring our loved ones that’s passed on.
