I lost my husband from cancer last August ! I'm stuck in the middle of your whole subject matter ! I know I'm grieving still but still know something else is going on with my sadness ! I'm so glad I came across your video . Yes it's hard for others to understand because everyone does go back to their own routine! Lonely, scared all sets in while trying to process the loss. 🕊️🙏. First of all, I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that no one is saying this is or will be easy. This is mostly likely the hardest thing you will face in your life. What I am here to say is that recovery is possible and it is worth it. Please fight for your recovery because your life and your family's future depends on it. We are here to help in any way we can.

Closure doesn't resonate with me in terms of resolving unfinished things. In my case the death was sudden and unexpected. Didn't even get to say goodbye, "I love you" I agree, write love letter, talk it out in mourning to resolve not being able to say it directly to my partner however, believe that will help resolve that matter but not close it. I will learn to lovingly carry that with me. Something like that. I like the idea of carrying with as opposed to closure.
