I shot this video just a couple months after my dad died. My boyfriend and I packed up our stuff, left New York, and spent the winter in Ohio with my mom. I actually made this video with the intention of testing out the Panasonic GH5, to see if I wanted to make it my new go-to camera. What came out ended up being a pretty accurate representation of my grief felt like in that moment.
Shot in 1080p 96fps variable frame rate with a Voigtlander 17.5mm f/0.95.

I too have lost someone I loved dearly, all we can do is take one day at a time, but also focus on what's ahead and brings us happiness.
