Introduce a one of my favorite dish !
If you're busy or don't have much time & can try on this.
It's really easy to prepare, it literally takes less than 10 minutes to cook & perfect for a busy weekday meal !
You can serve with favorite soup, side dishes or drink & that’ll make a perfect lunch pack ~ ! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
Grilled Ginger Pork Lunch Plate / Buta no Shōga-yaki Teishoku
Season 2 - Episode 12
[ 1 Serving ]
[ Ingredients ]
Pork Boston butt ( thinly sliced ) - 100gm
Onion - 1/4 piece
Carrot - 10gm
Spring onion - 1 stalk
Cabbage - 2~3 slices
[ Ginger Sauce for Marinade ]
Sake - 1 tablespoon
Mirin - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Miso - 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste - 2 cloves
Ginger paste - 10gm or more
[ Seasonings ]
Salt & Black pepper - some

[ Method ]
1. Mix well all the [ Ginger Sauce ] ingredients.
2. Pork boston butt (sliced) cut into bite-sized, coat well with marinade sauce & leave for 10 minutes.
3. Finely sliced onion, shredded carrot, cut short spring onion & cabbage cut into bite-sized.
4. Heat oil frying pan over medium-high heat, add onion, white portion spring onion & carrot. Stir fry onion until translucent.
5. Sprinkle with salt & black pepper after add the cabbage. Stir well & heat off. Pour out on plate.
6. Heat oil over medium-high heat with same frying pan, place the marinated meat, stir fry until golden brown.
7. Return the cooked vegetables, add the green portion spring onion, stir well & turn the heat off. Serve immediately.
