@@dxdvilla7650 it's totally safe. Because of how steak is cut, only the outside of the cut is exposed to potential pathogens. Unlike, say, ground beef which right there in the name is ground so you should cook it fully. Beef also does not carry the same potential pathogens as fish or chicken may. Any other questions let me know but it's truly a matter of taste and personal preference. I used to think I hated steak because my dad always grilled them well, almost burnt, when I was growing up. The first time I had a steak medium, it was an entirely different and wonderfully new experience.
my girls family doesnt like rare steak, its a visual thing seeing the red, its unappetizing to them. They still enjoy a steak, i cook my girl steak well tbh if you cant make a good steak well you just dont know how to do it, take time on the sear put the steak on cold pan med-high heat, flip and lower heat when crust is good. Honestly my inlaws or so chill and the amount of shade ive seen from servers is hilarious, if you cant cook someone a well done steak, your ability sucks not the person who likes em well done.
Why let it rest? Using the george forman takes away the fat (thats the idea anyway), and well done cooks out all the moisture. Does resting it make any difference? You should try a medium well steak, and keep trying until you hit medium. Its far, far better.
Nothing about that steak looked good though. Like even being well done wasn't the worst part about that steak. This video saved me from a bad purchase though, so thank you for that.
Right! Every time I see a RU-vid clip they got the meat bloody pink inside. Talking about a juicy nice steak. Yeah right I'm not trying to catch a tapeworm. I makes my steak 🥩well done.
