I have never heard of letting grilled tuna steaks rest, you pretty much want to go from grill to plate as fast as possible. I always cook tuna last if I'm cooking different meats just for this reason, it cooks while the other steaks are resting.

In gastronomy it's this way. One is fished from water, the other is farmed /hunted. Yes it's different.... God, how did we come to that point.
I was vegan for 11 months now I eat everything except red meat and pork. So this is perfect And I’m actually watching this video because I just bought some tuna because it reminded me of Steak.
