In this episode, we take you on an adventure through the picturesque Hervanta Kirskanniemi forests. Located in the heart of Finland, this forest area is home to a diverse range of trees, including majestic pines and sturdy birches. As we trek through the forest, we are serenaded by the songs of various bird species, adding a magical soundtrack to our journey.
Our adventure begins with a scenic walk through the forest, taking in the lush greenery and the serene sounds of nature. We make our way to a tranquil lakeside spot, where we set up a cozy fire right by the water's edge. Despite a bit of a challenge with the wet wood, we managed to get a beautiful fire going.
On the menu today is a mouth-watering fire-grilled burger made from pure minced beef with 10% fat. The burger is built on a base of mayonnaise and ketchup, topped with pickled cucumber, crisp lettuce, fresh onion slices, juicy tomato slices, and a slice of burger cheese.
