The Most Tasty Quick Brownie You Will Ever Make
Difficulty: Intermediate
Prep time: 1 Hour
Serving: 9-10 people
Ingredients:
100 grams brown sugar
150 grams granulated sugar
230 grams flour
A tablespoon of vanilla flavor
150 grams cocoa powder
250 grams 70% dark chocolate
250 grams butter
Steps:
1. Cut chocolate it into smaller chunks
2. Using the Bon marie or the double boiler method melt and mix the chocolate and the butter
3. Mix the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together
4. Add half of the cocoa powder to the eggs and sugar mix and mix again
5. Add the content from step 2 with step 4 and add salt and coffee and mix again.
6. Add sifted flour and rest of cocoa powder to the mix and start mixing with the patula.
7. Spread on parchment paper in a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 200 Centigrade.
8. Pound the hot baking pan gently on the table so that the brownie cracks
9. Let it cool down
