When you fry the skin of the fish in the pan, I think it tastes incredibly good, it is quite crispy, I think in the microwave it will get really rubbery, never done it that way

100%. I also said this. That's the ONLY way I'll eat the salmon skin. Has to be crispy. Microwaved = soggy skin = gag reflex. Gross if it's not crispy. Lol

If you pan sear salmon and crisp the skin, it's a nice crispy texture to eat with the rest of the fish. Also that skin is def absorbing the salmon's good fats as they render out. Totally get why some people would find it gross though.

Nice to see someone that talks about Seasoning their Food. Many times you watch a pro prepare food they use zero seasoning. You can make plan chicken and veggies taste good when you use the right seasoning (they add flavor with little to no calories or carbs). Use the right seasonings and you can change the flavor of your chicken for at every meal.

I remember Reading that Lou Ferrigno followed a low calorie and high carb diet in the 1970s, ate a large meal in the morning and a large meal in the afternoon he said that carbs are neccessary.

Thanks for the great video! That is how I eat now but with less carbs and less red meat. I don’t do heavy, I am an in-between guy, medium heavy lifting guy, slow and steady, couple with breathing and focus. For me, breaking down the muscle can be done in both ways without hurting my joints. When I turned 50 I had to change my ways of lifting, both of my shoulders and knees are shot. I still get the 2 to 3 days of soreness just like when I lifted heavy and to be honest, its like meditating, you’er focus on your breathing and your movement. Now that I am closing in on 60, I am in the best shape since I was in my 20’s, currently I am 9 percent body fat. I am more cut than big, which is different from my younger days, when I couldn’t get big enough, always wanting to put on more and more weight. I wish they had RU-vid when I was young, I would have loved these videos.

@@eyeinsee depends on you, the traditional way is to slice them kinda thin, the you put them in a pan with some oli, then you take them out, put the onion, in the same pan, after they you put everything in a bowl, crack 6 or 7 eggs and mix everything together, the bed thing is to let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes so the egg will absorb all the flavor, ten you put some salt and in to the pan

Skin can be good if you score it a couple times and then cook the salmon low and slow 90% on the skin side it gets really good

Wrap the salmon in foil with teriyaki marinade, butter, dill and lemon juice. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Tastes great with the skin. :)

Under no circumstaNces should you buy his Chef Physique protein bars. They have tons of added sugar, low fiber and high fat. Get Built Bars or Elevation Keto Bars from Aldi. Much better micros, loaded with fibre and most of the other carbs come from sugar alchols.

I don't eat the skin but I buy salmon with skin on. The really fatty part that basically connects the skin to the meat is one of my favourite things to eat in the whole world.

I love trader Joe's. I have one next to my work in san diego California Hillcrest area. I buy my healthy stuff there because I work as a massage therapist and I train Martial arts as well. And it's very affordable as well. My son likes trader Joe's as well. Especially his favorite mochi ice creams and some delicious chocolate. My sister is really happy that I get her stuff as trader Joe's. Great video man. Keep up the great work. And Stay pumped 💪

Good video as far as options go but you should be eating/recommending higher quality products. Ditch the farm raised salmon for wild, ditch the corn fed beef for grass fed, opt for organic turkey and eat pasture raised eggs.

Red meat contains creatine, but when cooked it gets eliminated. At the end of the day you dont need the fanciest food. Get your protein, carbs and fats in, end the day in a caloric deficit and get plenty of sleep.

The skin is good, I usually descale it first because it makes a difference, but it’s difficult to descale a filet.

Currently on my day where i eat where calories don't exist, I usually eat the same foods Sadik eats but we all have cravings. I'm currently 130lbs as a 29 5'11M and use to weigh 250lbs. All about balance just get back on track people its not too late it's never too late we can all do this, i love the way i eat i get to cheat and then eat healthy 29/30 days the the month. I allow myself 1 cheat DAY per month and i don't always take that cheat day. I never do cheat meals because I need to feel satisfied and 1 meal for me won't cut it im just being honest. 1 day won't ruin a month please stay strong people If i can lose weight sitting on my ass playing runescape, anyone can

You have to be careful with a vegan diet though. Lots of those ''fake meat'' products will have a lot of filler and crap you don't actually want in your body. Too many nuts is actually toxic to the human body too so you can't be over consuming nuts either.

I'm switching my diet to all fresh meat and home grown/ local farm grown veggies. Gonna stick to my workout routine but my meals are all gonna be deer, rabbit, squirrel, bear, dove, turkey, bass, trout, pike etc.. Still trying to plan around what's in season so I'll probably start 04/01/22 and do a 30, 60 and 90 day update of my progression. Mainly just out of curiosity too, in 3 months I went from 238lbs to 211lbs on what was affordable at the grocery store. Most meats, especially chicken, are processed poorly and not something I want in my body. (Not all brands, just what I have access to). If anyone's curious feel free to reply and I'll share links to the updates.

I thought there were good nutrients as well in the fish skin, especially salmon. I'm also half Japanese so I'm used to eating the skin I guess. It soaks up flavours and is delicious. I like to get it a bit crispy for some more texture and flavour

I eat salmon fillets with the skin on or canned salmon that has the skin and some bones. This is nutritionally superior because most of the omega three fats are in the skin and bones.
