THE WORKOUT
Smith Machine Squats w Pause - 8 reps X 5
Smith Machine Jump Squats - 10 reps X 4
Smith Machine Bulgarian Split Squats - 8 per leg X 4
Frog Leg Press - 10 reps X 3
SUPERSET Hamstring Curl into Leg Extension - 10 per machine X 4
Walking Lunges Bodyweight 100 reps!
THE COOKIE RECIPE
140g Wholemeal Flour
Sprinkle of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda/Bicarbonate of Soda
8 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar (or Brown Sugar)
Handful Chocolate Chips (optional)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
5 Tablespoons Milk of Choice
Mix together all the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.
Roll into a big ball and then make little balls from the big one.
Bake for 10 minutes on 190 degrees celcius and then leave to cool for 10 minutes - the cooling period is essential for them to cook properly!
