Did you get these direct from Grote ? I tried two attempts at buying one but couldn't get them to sort out shipping to UK for some reason. Any advice how oyu managed to get them would be most welcome! These things are right up my street, so at the price I'd be keen to get one.
Hi, that's right I originally tried direct from Grote and as you say they wouldn't ship to UK. I've got them from a guitar store in China for myself, friends and clients. I've just finished one in red Fixed the bridge 2 mil pickup shim a tusq nut and re strung. I could do it for £220 in the UK. I'm making nothing on it at that. They've all been consistent in quality and this one is great 👍
@@nicolacubeddu6897 Hi I didn't have to, but that's not to say you might. I think if I bought from the USA I would definitely have to. I'm in the UK and bought directly from source I'm assuming all taxes are dealt with the other end. RT 👍
