I make a couple pounds for this at a time and store it in one cup containers for quick meals on the road. Two cups of rice, a cup of bulgogi and some green onions, along with some pickled vegetables makes a great hot meal in my service van.
Instructions: Sauce (Mix together): • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce • 2 tbsp Sugar • 2 tbsp Mirin • 2.5 tbsp Oyster Sauce • 2 tbsp Garlic • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil • Msg (Optional) Beef (Mix together with sauce): • Ground Beef • Shiitake Mushrooms 1. Heat pan over medium high heat, I assume, and put in 2 tbsp of cooking oil, green onions, and onions 2. Pour in mixed beef, and mix with chili pepper, green onion, and 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil 3. Profit?? Jk, enjoyyyy 😄
This is super delicious and very easy and quick to make. I didn't add fresh chillies, just the Korean red pepper powder and it was quite spicy already. The flavour was even more intense the next day. Love it, will make some more.
A video request I have thought of 😊🙏🏻, that I know would be SUPER helpful to me and that I would use a lot, is if you made a video about how to chop vegetables and ingredients different ways. 😁 For example cutting bell peppers kind of into matchsticks, I don’t actually know how to do that 😂 but yours always comes out looking so beautiful! A video about cutting things different ways would be so amazing and helpful! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you so much for sharing so many AMAZING recipes with us!

Korean food is over sweetened for European taste. The “septics”will lap it up. They also love over sweetened savoury food, but omitting the sugar is the way forward here …
