Hey, RitasEatas! In this video, I'll show you how to make a popular dish, beef stroganoff. HOWEVER, we're gonna make it quick and easy using ground beef, and you're gonna love it! Please let me know what you think of this one if you make it...I hope you do💋
Here's what you'll need; I'll show you what to do:
1pound of ground beef
1pkg of egg noodles
1/2 med onion
1c beef broth
1c sour cream
2tbsp of minced garlic
1c of mushrooms
2tbsp of butter
2tbsp of flour
2tbsp Worcestershire sauce

This popped up when I was looking for a quick stroganoff recipe with hamburger. Fell in love! Girl, with the Texas shaped cutting board and the prayer you got me. Giiiirl, if gas wasn’t over $3 a gallon I would have driven to my mama’s house and slapped her and then come back home to eat. This is the BEST Stroganoff I’ve ever made. I tried to make it in the past and I now see the errors of my ways. This is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the ground Turkey taste just like ground beef. I will be making this again. It is now on my cool/cold weather menu of comfort foods. Thank you for sharing. Be Blessed 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Now it’s time to watch my home town team the Panthers hopefully win, but probably loose 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Looks delicious! … mushrooms are not optional 😊 One rule of thumb I would recommend: always cook your onions first!

I wanted to make Beef Stroganoff (I will use ground Turkey, not really a red meat eater). But, I have watched several videos on how to make this…but I am going to follow your way. I can’t wait to make this tomorrow. I will be making enough so I can have lunch/dinner for the week. Thanks for the video even though I’m just now watching it (a year later, lol)

I don't know if its just me, but any recipe that calls for worcestershire sauce always calls for a teaspoon. I end up buying the bottle and it sets unused in my fridge for a year! LOL

what would happen if I used 3 cups broth and 1 cup milk for the liquid?? Ive only ever made boxed dinners and they have milk and water. Thanks, Im a single dad just learning to cook.

That combinatoon would be fine @Jon, but start with one or two cups of broth with the milk, then go from there. Remember, if you're wanting a cremier base, use milk as your primary liquid and add broth/water to the milk.🥰

LOLOL, yes it would @DF 14NT. Some ppl just don't like mushrooms; I don't know any, lol, but some don't. Stroganoff is just some famous person's last name, so I guess we can make it like we like it and still call it Stroganoff, lol! Thanku so much for watching and commenting🥰
