Construction is anticipated to begin May 20th on the new roundabout at Highway 101 and Avila Beach Drive. It’s a busy, and sometimes dangerous intersection where there is a lot of vehicle, pedestrian and cycling traffic at the entrance into Pismo Beach. Today a ribbon cutting ceremony was held to kick off the project. It’s expected to take about 18 months to complete. Check out this video to learn more.
