I like grounding techniques especially where psychokinetic thoughts are concerned. Humility and the like. But, I dont think I'm meant to be full on the ground too long, I dont think a lot of thoughts allow for it sometimes. I like to imagine myself levitating over a (it's not a tree stump, but like if a tree grew into a pod kind of thing if that makes sense) like I'm on one of those wireless charging pads.
I did the meditation while you were telling about it and i noticed without trying my core was a blue mixed with green its also with my chest area but this method is amazing tysm!!!

Thanks, for the alternative to being a tree has been a game changer. I am an animist, but trees didn't always work with me.
