The emphasis is grounding/ rooting into our bodies through slow deep breathing.I recommend coming back to this practice if you experience anxiety/ stress as a way to help you unwind + calm your nervous system down/ tap into a parasympathetic state. Tana gm. I very much like how in a short time you can work my whole body. Also you have the skill of moving from one to the other position with such ease and grace and you never forget your progress route.🌞 day from Jamaica 66yrs.

EXACTLY what i needed in the middle of finals week, thank you Tana. as much as i love the challenge most of your flows give me, i'm very glad you also have some slower, calmer ones for when i'm stressed and don't feel like breaking a sweat, haha!

I have been looking for a class like this for when I feel anxious in the morning but also do not want to do just a restorative practice. Your pace and the amount of explanation you give are perfect and your voice very nice to listen to. Thank you ✨
