When I don't have enough time, the strength, or the motivation to go for a longer flow from the membership website, these YT vids always lift me up and allow me to refocus on what's important NOW. I also agree with some of the comments that I saw, these videos tend to show me what I'm capable of, and/or remind me what I can accomplish down the road -not only on the mat! Whew, sweaty!! Did this one for the first time and LOVE it! Handstands are non-existent for me. I've never been able to hold one, but the handstand hops you incorporate in here helps me to feel it for a second so hopefully practicing that more will help me actually hold one one day. Needed the stretches and yet this was all so strengthening with the standing splits and such. Thank you so much!! 🙏💖
