This yoga class is specially designed with seated stretches that allow you to deeply relax, sync with your breath, and gently stretch out any soreness in your body. This 15 min gentle yoga class is perfect for both yoga beginners and more advanced yogis who like to go inward.
Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a quick, soothing practice to unwind after a busy day or an intense workout, this class will help you come back into your body and calm your mind.
We'll target those common areas of tension - think stiff legs, tight chests, and overall body stiffness - providing a full body stretch and a calm mind. I hope you enjoy this sore muscle yoga, where we embrace space, simplicity, and ease in just 15 minutes!

Kate, you are amazing!!! I have started this course and I love it. I feel better with a little effort. Thanks for that and spreading your knowledge. No hard feelings, you make me suffer to be honest 😂 Some little tips on how to fold my body like a nasty sandwich would be appreciated. Apparently I have really stiff hamstrings and my legs cant get into straight lines…
